Adam lead us skillfully along the perilous path that is an insurance claim. Insurance companies use a standard calculator to estimate what rebuilding *should* cost -- and they want to only pay out the base cost. However, we'd built and really special custom project with a lot of non-toxic materials and higher-end European-standard passive house quality building materials and windows etc. Long story short, thank to Adam's advocacy with the adjuster and our insurer, we not only got the full cost paid (the limit of our insurance coverage) but, also, Adam worked really hard to argue on our behalf to get it paid out *quickly* so we could move forward. He advised us on every aspect of the project too which was an amazing extra value of having him on our side. He has a background in construction and it was invaluable to be able to call him for advice throughout the process. He is such a wonderful person. He also helped us secure our lost rent costs which was the difference between finishing the project in the hole rather than with with the true costs fully covered. You know you've picked the right adjuster for your claim when the claim is over and you miss contacting your adjuster. Adam was over and beyond helpful. He did a very professional job and answered all of our questions. As the case went along. I felt way more secure about things when he was my right hand man and I was able to contact him constantly. But now the claim is over and I truly miss his expertise and his opinion and advice. Adam is a very down-to-earth person, an old country boy and a family man. His family standing behind him is what makes him so fantastic at his job. I would truly recommend. Adam to help you through any claim process you have because without him you're in big trouble. The insurance companies have a way with playing games, stalling claims, not answering questions, avoiding questions avoiding you completely and Adam doesn't allow that to happen. I lost my home from a fire. I have never made an insurance claim before. If this is your situation hire Adam immediately!!! You will soon realize that insurance company will go quiet , ask for things to delay the claim , then delay again and again. Delay/ Deny /Defend is REAL!!! Adam’s work on my claim was flawless. He emailed countless times to have resolution with my insurance. Adam is directly connected with lawyers and I was able to hire one immediately after 4 months . Then 8 months and days from litigation with my insurance to sue , My insurance company responded with a reasonable offer 1st time no need to negotiate !!!!
